This opinion was expressed at a press conference in Kyiv by Vladimir Volya, an expert on international and legal issues.
“Most likely, Ukraine will receive this February tranche. After this, there may be a long break in receiving tranches, because the foreign policy situation is changing not for the better for Ukraine,” the expert said.
