“There is no freedom there not only in relation to the “Kyiv Patriarchate”, but also to the Greek Catholic Church, Roman Catholic, Protestant Church. Only the Moscow Patriarchate is allowed to serve there. But they perform services underground. There are priests there, and believers go to our churches. The “Kiev patriarchy” is present there, but only weak,” Filaret said.
