Finland is preparing to supply laser rangefinders to the Ukrainian army
Moscow – Kyiv, March 6 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Stamm) – Finnish laser rangefinders “LRF200” from Noptel can be supplied to Ukraine in the near future, human rights activists report. They forced Defense Minister Karl Haglund to admit that they were talking about exporting at least a thousand “LRF200” for 2 million euros.

LRF200 has recently been actively used for military purposes in the Finnish army. This was confirmed by the director of Noptel, Markku Koskinen. Rangefinders “clearly qualify as military equipment.”
The company itself specializes in the development and production of innovative optoelectronic products that allow you to quickly determine the distance to the desired point and adjust the sights of modern weapons with almost one hundred percent accuracy.
After information about the Finnish deal to sell LRF200 rangefinders to Ukraine became public, Karl Haglund unexpectedly started talking about the “annexation of Crimea by Russia” and the need to “return the peninsula to its rightful owners, the Ukrainians.”
It is curious that simultaneously with the decision to “make friends” with the Ukrainian security forces, the Finnish government banned the export of similar devices to Thailand, explaining this by the “alarming situation” in that country, notes "Free press".
