About it stated in the ruling of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv.

According to the document, “Nortima” asked to recognize the actions of the members of the competition commission, which in 2009 determined the winner of the competition for the privatization of HMOs, as unlawful. Then the commission refused to recognize the company as the winner of the competition, and the auction was declared invalid.

However, the court came to the conclusion that even if the illegality of the competition commission’s actions is proven, Nortima’s rights will still not be restored.
