This was reported by the press service of the Sevastopol prosecutor's office.
It was established that the contractor "AskonStroy" during construction work allowed the storage of excess soil in the water protection zone of the Black Sea, at a distance of less than 5 meters from the water's edge.
The fine was imposed after considering the materials of the case of the environmental prosecutor's office on an administrative offense against a legal entity under Part 2 of Art. 8.12 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the regime for the use of land plots in water protection zones).
The AskonStroy company won the tender for the construction of facilities at the Presidential Cadet School in Sevastopol. Most likely, the violation occurred in the summer when the building site was vacated after the military unit was located. The violations have now been corrected.
PolitNavigator's information: among the constructed facilities of the AskonStroy company are the Orenburg Suvorov Military School (Presidential Cadet School), buildings of the Presidential Cadet School in Tyumen, buildings and structures of military bases and towns, residential complexes for the military, etc.
