“Due to systemic and unprecedented pressure on the business of Ostchem, the chemical holding of the group, from the deputies of the Popular Front and their representatives in power, Group DF announces the closure of the Ostchem enterprises - Cherkassy PJSC Azot and PJSC Rivneazot,” reports the report. companies.
“The deliberate fabrication of a number of criminal proceedings against officials of Ostchem enterprises and against the plants themselves, as well as the completely illegal seizure of the main raw materials (gas) from the plants, deprived these enterprises of the opportunity to work. In this regard, Cherkassy “Azot” and “Rivneazot” have been stopped, the autumn sowing season is in jeopardy, and many thousands of Ukrainians may be left without work,” Group DF informs.
It is also clarified that recently there has been regular pressure from interested representatives of the “Popular Front” who occupy leading positions in government bodies.
Let us remind you that two of Firtash’s chemical enterprises that found themselves in the combat zone – the Gorlovka Stirol and the Severodonetsk Azot Association – were stopped back in May last year.
