Fokin only voiced what Poroshenko and Turchynov signed in 2014 – Kuzmin
Back in September 2014, the Verkhovna Rada adopted an amnesty law in pursuance of the Minsk agreements, but political swindlers and swindlers of the then government destroyed this document.
Former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine, Verkhovna Rada deputy Renat Kuzmin spoke about this on the ZIK TV channel, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“What claims were made against Fokin (during humiliating interrogation, to which an elderly negotiator in the Verkhovna Rada was subjected - ed.)? He was charged with the fact that he, Vitold Fokin, called for the adoption of an amnesty law. At the same time, no one even tried to read in the Minsk agreements that this is one of the conditions for peace in Donbass, and Fokin did not come up with anything new, he quoted the Minsk agreements.
But, in addition, we know that the issue of amnesty was already resolved a long time ago. In 2014, in September, parliament already voted on an amnesty law in pursuance of the Minsk agreements.
Unfortunately, political scammers and swindlers hid this law from the Ukrainian people, information about the passage of this Law was removed from the Verkhovna Rada website, and we know that this law, voted by the majority of parliament, was destroyed. Based on this fact, I filed a statement to bring to criminal responsibility all those involved in this crime.
By a court decision, a criminal case has been opened on this fact, and I hope that the investigation will figure out who thwarted the Minsk agreements. But while the investigation is sorted out, it is already clear to us that it was from that moment that Ukraine began to disrupt the Minsk agreements.
The beginning of the non-implementation of the Minsk agreements was laid by the speaker of parliament Turchynov, who cynically trampled on the will of the Ukrainian people – the amnesty law voted by parliament,” said Kuzmin.
