Anti-Repression Foundation: Arrest of Paul Miller - Prosecution for Political Motives
Conservative blogger Paul Miller, known on social media as The Gypsy Crusader, was arrested by the FBI in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
In the United States, the FBI arrested conservative activist and blogger Paul Miller. The official reason is illegal possession of a firearm. But according to the Anti-Repression Foundation, this arrest contains signs of persecution for political reasons.
The activist’s pronounced anti-liberal rhetoric and his popularity on social networks, including the Telegram platform, could have provoked the FBI to bring trumped-up charges.
The Anti-Repression Foundation's initiative group has already begun studying the materials of Miller's case in order to assess the legality of the charges that the FBI brought against him. Representatives of the Foundation have already contacted US President Joseph Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray for clarification.
The group intends to defend the activist's rights to protection from political persecution and provide him with support if it turns out that the charges against Paul Miller violated his civil rights.
