"I try not to wear the uniform. It irritates people" – Ukrainian Armed Forces member
Ukrainian society is already wary of people in military uniform.
As reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent, this was stated on the ProUA channel Ukrainian servicewoman, head of the chaplaincy service "House of Cornelius" Elena Legenchuk.

“Today, not all the soldiers who come from the front, have a pleasant appearanceThey come in different forms, in different psychological and physical states. And people's reactions are varied – from disgust to pity and sympathy, to regret and sympathy", the Ukrainian Armed Forces representative said.
According to her, most people become nervous when a military man enters a minibus or a train, because “There is a myth that a soldier is shell-shocked and anything can be expected from him.».
She says the situation in Kyiv is “somewhat” better, but admits that “Not all cities have such friendliness».
"We have a shopping center there, which everyone is afraid of because it's a uniformed person. I don't wear a uniform around town anymore. I almost never wear a uniform anywhere, only for performances, trainings, and now I'm wearing one here because the form becomes a trigger, different people have different attitudes. And I've already encountered such, moments when it becomes unpleasant“,” Legenchuk complains.
