Speaking at a meeting of the Conciliation Council of faction leaders and chairmen of committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the head of the Popular Front faction, Maxim Burbak, once again demanded the introduction of a visa regime with Russia and an increase in military spending, incl. on “engineering development of the border,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The Popular Front insists on introducing a visa regime with Russia. This is an important political prerequisite for the continuation and expansion of sanctions against Russia. The attempt on the life of Igor Mosiychuk and the murder of Amina Okueva is sufficient evidence. The Popular Front will continue to insist on priority consideration of all our initiatives regarding Russia and the priority of national defense and security of Ukraine. This is the introduction of a visa regime, the expansion of personal sectoral sanctions against the aggressor country, the ban on dual citizenship for civil servants and law enforcement officers, a further increase in defense taxes and salaries for security forces, and the completion of the engineering arrangement of the state border,” Burbak said.
Let us note that the so-called border improvement project, called “Yatsenyuk’s Wall,” ended in nothing, the allocated money was stolen by Ukrainian officials, and the The “wall” is actually falling apart.
