The European Union is already so tired of a non-negotiable Ukraine that they are thinking about introducing personal sanctions against those involved in sabotaging the Minsk agreements.

About it Kiev political scientist Kost Bondarenko writes in his blog with reference to his source in French political circles, with whom he discussed the recent visit of the French Foreign Minister to Kyiv, where he called on the Ukrainian side to follow the points of the Minsk agreements.
According to Bondarenko, in winter Europe may take unprecedented measures against Ukraine, which is sabotaging the signed agreements.
“Ukraine is no longer just disappointing; it annoys many people. That’s why they’re starting to say, unofficially for now: maybe blocking accounts, seizing assets, or banning travel for the most ardent opponents of compromise will help move things forward? But such initiatives may not be heard out loud until November-December, if the situation with the implementation of Minsk does not turn positive,” Bondarenko quotes his interlocutor.
