French diplomat: I don’t believe in the existence of an independent Ukrainian state
The representative of the French Foreign Ministry, whom the Verkhovna Rada delegation met from Kyiv, openly told the astonished guests that he did not believe in the existence of an independent Ukrainian state.
Deputy Oleg Berezyuk spoke about this during parliamentary hearings on the topic of foreign policy, citing as an example the case in France as evidence of a change in the situation in the world not in favor of Ukraine.
