“I don’t believe that Russia is ready to go beyond the fighting it is waging in Ukraine. She cannot afford this, neither demographically, nor militarily, nor diplomatically. So today, if we figure it out, we can stop the conflict. Which country will stop the conflict? There are countries that are preparing like Turkey, and this would be an honor for France.
