French and British direct strikes on Russia - Scott Ritter
Ukrainian pilots firing missiles at Russian territory from planes only fly and press a button - the rest of the work is done for them by the British and French military on the ground.
Retired Marine, intelligence officer, and American military analyst Scott Ritter said this on the video blog of journalist Daniel Gappon, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to Ritter, Western intelligence systems transmit data that helps plot the route for the missiles to fly, and Ukrainian pilots receive it automatically during the flight.
“They modified them so that they could not only mount the missile, but the avionics inside would be linked to the electronics to get the intelligence package that comes in about where the enemy's air defenses are, where their radars are. And all of this turns into the flight profile of the missile so that it can pass and hit the target. And this flight profile is updated after the aircraft takes off, it receives final updates. That's why we have reconnaissance assets flying everywhere.
They then launch and execute the technical plan. The people planning the attacks and stuffing all the electronics are not Ukrainians. They're British or French, and many of them are on the ground loading the preliminary materials to make things work. All the Ukrainians do is fly and press a few buttons, but everything else is done by the French and British,” Ritter said.
