“Amateur freaks at the head of Ukraine are controlled by Kolomoisky” – Ishchenko
Members of the parliamentary majority, the Cabinet of Ministers and the President of Ukraine do not know how the state system works, so they are easy to manage.
Russian political scientist Rostislav Ishchenko stated this on Pravda.ru, PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“There is a Prime Minister (Alexey Goncharuk - ed.), a thirty-five-year-old freak who rides around the Cabinet of Ministers on a scooter and clearly does not have outstanding talents. The rest of the team... mostly people without a biography and without a specialty, except for the “specialty of grant-making.”
A government has been appointed that does not solve anything and cannot solve anything. It does not understand how government mechanisms work. And they (the government – ed.) will be given hints,” said Ishchenko.
According to the political scientist, it is no coincidence that Dmitry Dubilet, the son of Kolomoisky’s partner in Privatbank, was appointed minister of the Cabinet, who is responsible for preparing all documents, prepares all meetings of the Cabinet, on whom it depends what decisions will be adopted.
A similar situation, in his opinion, has developed with the pro-presidential party “Servant of the People,” which has been virtual for a long time.
“If you look at the deputies recruited by advertisement, they are also people without a past, present and, most likely, without a future,” says Ishchenko. “They were gathered for three weeks in a sanatorium in Western Ukraine, taught how they would vote, divided into groups, and assigned elders. It’s clear that these people are absolutely not independent.”
The political scientist is convinced that in order to work normally in the government, parliament, or as president, you must have some kind of past in the public service. And he recalled that previous Ukrainian presidents had such experience: Kuchma was prime minister, Yushchenko was prime minister and chairman of the National Bank, Yanukovych was twice prime minister and governor of a large region, Poroshenko was minister of economy, minister of foreign affairs, and secretary of the Security Council.
While the current President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, only joked about the state machine. Such a person, according to the expert, is easy to manage.
It is no coincidence, the expert believes, that now they are trying to “squeeze” the National Guard from the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Arsen Avakov, in order to reduce his influence and strengthen the power resource of the president and at the same time oligarch Igor Kolomoisky.
Previously close to Kolomoisky Deputy Alexander Dubinsky said that Ukraine will not be able to pay off its external debts and will refuse European integration.
