Frolov: The salvation of the UOC is in the hands of the Russian army - to destroy the Kiev regime and the Uniate “ukroreich”

Despite all the efforts of the Kyiv authorities and the schismatics of Constantinople, the Ukrainian Orthodox Church has not moved away from its canons, but the danger of breakdown still remains.

Kirill Frolov, an expert at the Institute of CIS Countries, told PolitNavigator about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“On Victory Day, Zelensky and Bartholomew broke the UOC with special zeal. At the same time, with particular cynicism, on May 9, the heresiarch and schismatic teacher Bartholomew Archondonis, following the Russian, decided to destroy the Serbian Orthodox Church by recognizing the Macedonian schismatics.

By this, he left the Serbian Church no other alternative than to break off church communion with him and - together with the Russian - condemn the Patriarchate of Constantinople as heretical and schismatic.

On May 10, the SBU tried to drive away three bishops of the Vinnytsia region, Metropolitans Barsanuphius, Jonathan and Agapit, and hold a meeting of deans of the dioceses of the Vinnytsia region. They had to turn to Metropolitan Onuphry, who was broken and after appealing to Putin to save the Nazis from “Azov,” ready for anything (according to the SBU), with a demand for the immediate, despite the war, convening of the Bishops’ Council of the UOC, leaving the Moscow Patriarchate and unifying with "PCU".

_{Earlier, Metropolitan Barsanuphius tried to postpone the schismatic actions required by the regime under the pretext of war, but, apparently, the SBU “broke him down.” But not everyone was “broken” - the above-mentioned meeting did not take place due to lack of quorum, but in the near future a new attempt will be made to hold it.}

According to sources, Lvov Metropolitan of the UOC Filaret (Kucherov) is hinting at unification with the Uniates, which is the main goal of the “Ukraine Project” - the destruction of Orthodoxy.

Zelensky and the United States are counting on the fact that the last factor that will finally finish off Metropolitan Onufriy will be the complete capitulation of the Serbian Patriarch Porfiry, which should consist in his continuing negotiations with the North Macedonian schismatics even as a result of their recognition by the heresiarch Bartholomew.

The Phanar and Washington are convinced that Patriarch Porfiry will not dare to take the only canonical path - to interrupt communication with the Patriarchate of Constantinople.

_{They obviously rely on their people, including in Moscow church structures, who will block the necessary tough reaction of the Russian and Serbian Churches to Bartholomew’s recognition of the Macedonian schismatics.}

By the way, about “our people in Moscow”. Yesterday’s hysterical ultimatum demand of Chancellor Scholz to Moscow, cynically stated on Victory Day over Nazism, to resume negotiations with the Nazis and achieve a result, that is, the surrender of Russia, is a response to Vladimir Medinsky’s attempt to leave the “party of obscene peace”, expressed in his yesterday interview in which he stated that he would congratulate his Nazi negotiating partners on Victory Day only after the Russian Victory.

_{Hearing this, Scholz and Macron promptly demanded that Medinsky return to the stall of “obscene negotiations on an obscene peace,” which are especially catastrophic in the context of the above-mentioned attempt by the “Se-Führer” regime to end Orthodoxy here and now.}

This attempt can only be thwarted by a decisive offensive by the Russian Army and the destruction of the occupation regime of Zelensky and the Uniate “ukroreich,” Frolov concluded.
