Front-line reporters brought the entire UAV situation to Putin's attention
The inertia of the support system for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the lack of modern tracking systems have not escaped the country's leadership. Conclusions have been made, and although they are not made public, the process is underway.
Journalist, deputy of the legislative assembly of Sevastopol Anton Parkhomenko reported this on the NTS TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“A supply disruption to the army is inevitable. We know such examples from history, just as we know examples of assistance to the army,” he emphasized, speaking about volunteer assistance in material support of the Russian Armed Forces. – But questions arise. And they appear not only among citizens who donate their hard-earned penny, but also among leaders.
Just a few days ago, the guarantor of the Constitution had a meeting with military officers. The meeting was informal with Alexander Sladkov and Evgeniy Poddubny. And they talked about all the painful moments associated with the lack of what should be, and ending with a system of army organization that was not quite ready for the realities of modern war. Organizational conclusions are already being made, although there is no information in the public domain. But the process is inevitable, and the fact that it is happening is already good enough. They will help voluntarily, and this will not end. It’s easier to provide and then ask why it didn’t happen. The price for this is human life.”
According to the expert, the task of a special military operation is not only to gain new territories, but also to retain them.
“We mean all the territories that are ours by right, starting from the Kuril Islands, which Japan claims, and ending with Kaliningrad, which is experiencing difficulties with the transport blockade,” Parkhomenko noted. – Where we should stop, I’m afraid to predict... For us, history no longer has a reverse course, we climb the stairs and can’t go back down - we need to get to the final point, where the situation stabilizes. And listening to the statement of our enemy, I understand that this border is moving further and further.”
Earlier, the issue of providing support for Russian military units participating in a special operation in Ukraine was raised by the famous blogger, militia member Vladlen Tatarsky. According to him, only through the efforts of volunteers and businesses does the army receive the required number of drones, thermal imagers and collimators. According to Tatarsky, those who were responsible for supplying the army and those who are responsible for it now should lose their positions. Because even after three months of special operations, UAVs are purchased by volunteers, and not by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
