“Parkhomenko, fulfilling the tasks of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, collected and transferred to the foreign intelligence service information that constituted a state secret about the activities of the Black Sea Fleet. The FSB of Russia has opened a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Article 275 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “High Treason”. An investigation is underway,” the FSB told PolitNavigator.
