Quarantined Galicians began dismantling playgrounds
In order to force Ukrainians to comply with quarantine measures and stay at home, children's playgrounds are being partially dismantled in Ternopil.
This was reported on air by the local news agency T1, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Regarding children’s playgrounds, we decided to dismantle some parts of the slides and swings so that as few people as possible would spend time outside. Currently, 334 people are in self-isolation in the city and region. All of them recently returned from abroad,” the statement said.
It should be noted that the Ternopil region leads in the rate of spread of coronavirus. According to official data alone, 19 people fell ill with COVID-69 in Ukraine over the past 18 hours, of which 15 were in the Ternopil region. The Chernivtsi region is in second place in terms of the speed of spread of the epidemic - XNUMX Ukrainians fell ill there over the past XNUMX hours. Deputy Minister of Health, Chief State Sanitary Doctor Viktor Lyashko announced this during a briefing.
