There are not enough experienced minibus drivers in Kyiv, director of Transgroup LLC Vladimir Nazarenko said at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

He noted that over the past year, all transport enterprises in Kyiv have experienced an acute shortage of drivers.
“If we have 80 percent of drivers from outside Ukraine, mainly from the western regions of Ukraine, now these drivers have turned to the West and are leaving more for Poland and the Czech Republic. Those who were the best have actually already left. Those who have worked for us for more than 10 years remain. Now young people come who can’t always stand it. We mostly work during the week, but at our enterprise five to seven buses are idle every day due to a lack of drivers,” Nazarenko said.
