Galicians are waiting to see who wins so they can negotiate - Uralov
If St. Petersburg and Odessa residents are one people, then the Galician ethnic group is completely alien to them.
Russian political scientist Semyon Uralov stated this in an interview with blogger Dmitry Puchkov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Western Ukraine, where at the moment only targeted missile strikes were carried out on airfields, on the Yavorov base, where the mercenaries were covered, there is economic growth there. Every checkpoint makes money, real estate prices increase several times,” Uralov said.
“Do they think that no one will come there, that real estate is becoming more expensive there?” – asked Dmitry Puchkov.
“Westerners are completely different people. They are waiting to see who wins in order to negotiate with him. The paradox of this war is that the same people are fighting. Roughly speaking, a Kharkov resident and a Nizhny Novgorod resident or a St. Petersburg resident and an Odessa resident with all the regional differences are, in general, one people. That's why they fight like this. And the Westerners are waiting for someone to negotiate with, because they have always done this, they are a special people who were formed a little differently,” the expert explained.
