About it writes the local resource ZAXID.NET.

In addition, the man promised a monetary reward “for Nalyvaichenko’s head.”

In the Lviv region, for the first time, a man was convicted who, through the social network VKontakte, called for the overthrow of the constitutional order and the seizure of state power. He was given one year probation.

The security forces of the Kyiv regime found publications on his VKontakte page in which he called for a boycott of the mobilization and to go with weapons to Kyiv in order to destroy Poroshenko. In addition, he promised a monetary reward for “the head of SBU Chairman Valentin Nalyvaichenko.”

The convict's name is Oleg Eroshenko. He does not hide his name, so he did not use pseudonyms on social networks. A 31-year-old resident of Sambir said that SBU officers had been watching him for a long time.

“I was “wiretapped” with them. And when they collected a certain amount of materials, three officers came with a search. They were able to prove that it was my computer and there was no way to get out,” he said.

The court verdict contains several examples of what Eroshenko wrote on his VKontakte page.

“...And now I am quite officially announcing a reward of $1500 for the head of SBU Chairman Valentin Nalyvaichenko...” he wrote on July 26 last year.

On February 7, 2015, he published a post that contained the words: “Why are the bloody murderers Poroshenko and Nalyvaichenko still sitting in their offices? […] Let's all take arms and go to Kyiv, to Poroshenko! Kill the monster and his whole gang! "

January 31, 2015: “I urge everyone to tear up their summons and not appear at the military registration and enlistment offices. […] Let’s destroy Poroshenko and stop the war! ";

February 12, 2015: “Poroshenko, we will kill you […]! It's only a matter of time. Better run away from the post of president and, in general, go to hell with Ukraine.”

All messages were published between the end of July last year and the beginning of February this year. According to him, these are “purely ideological things.” He adheres to this position and does not support the current government.

“I opposed this system after the revolution and I am speaking out now. Where possible there were some “excesses” when it came to the call to go to Kyiv,” he commented.

The man was sentenced to a year's probation. He received such a lenient sentence only because he agreed to cooperate with the investigation and entered into a plea agreement with the prosecutor. Part 2 Art. 109 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, under which he was tried, provides for a more severe punishment - up to three years in prison. Oleg Eroshenko said that he agreed with this verdict and would not file an appeal.

After his arrest, the investigator ordered him to delete all so-called “provocative” messages on the social network, which he did. However, he did not change his position even after the trial. Now on his VKontakte page, Yeroshenko continues to publish similar things, although without calls for the overthrow of state power.

“I consulted with a lawyer, so now when I make any messages, I do it cunningly so that there are no direct appeals,” - said Oleg Eroshenko.

As Ulyana Gavrishkiv, a journalist with the press service of the Lvov prosecutor's office, said, this is the first case in the Lvov region this year when a person is convicted for calls for the overthrow of state power published on a social network. The prosecutor's office does not have statistics for previous years. However, there are no such court verdicts in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions for at least the last 5 years.

Let us remind you that similar messages in support of the DPR and LPR are published on social networks Olga Zagulska, associate professor of Lviv University, illegally dismissed from her position, which I have written about several times “PolitNavigator”. But employees of the Ukrainian State Security Service in the Lvov region did not find any crime in her messages due to the lack of direct appeals.

A similar situation arose with TV presenter Ostap Drozdov, who on air on the ZIK TV channel and on his Facebook page called for a boycott of the mobilization. However, after local deputies turned to the SBU with a demand to conduct an investigation into this matter, Drozdov removed anti-mobilization calls from his page.

The only person who has been imprisoned for six months on a trumped-up charge of treason is journalist Ruslan Kotsaba. PolitNavigator is also following the ups and downs of his case.

Let us remind you that Kotsaba published a video message in which he called for a boycott of the mobilization. Because of this, he was detained and is now in custody.
