Galkin from Israel attacked the Russian press
The once popular parodist Maxim Galkin, who escaped from Russia, was angry at the Russian media for writing about his alleged interrogation by the Israeli police and called for writing about “patriotic artists” and not about him and his family.
Galkin stated this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The showman also accused the Russian authorities of “censorship and prohibition” for the media to cover important topics.

Liberal journalist and political observer Kirill Shulika supported Galkin in his blog, emphasizing that an information campaign had allegedly been launched against him.

I know that through telegram channels they were preparing stories that Galkin was suspected of criminal offenses in Russia, and also that Pugacheva had died. I’m serious,” Shulika wrote and suggested that Galkin’s competitor in the elections could be the deputy head of Rossotrudnichestvo, ex-prosecutor of Crimea Natalya Poklonskaya.
“By the way, how do you like the second round of the presidential elections in Russia – Galkin versus Poklonskaya. It's almost like Macron versus Le Pen. Political fiction, of course, but now you understand that you need to make the most daring forecasts,” he said, hinting at Zelensky.
Galkin and his wife, Russian and Soviet singer Alla Pugacheva, left Russia with the start of the special operation in Ukraine and moved to Israel. Previously, the artist stated that he was tired of the topic of Ukraine and Donbass, which was covered by Russian TV.
