Garik Sukachev sharply answered a question about Shnurov in politics
It is impossible to even imagine that people like musician Sergei Shnurov, who went into politics, or liberal Ksenia Sobchak, who ran for president, could even be allowed close to the leadership of such a colossal country as Russia.
Russian musician, actor and director Garik Sukachev stated this in an interview with DW, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“If Shnurov runs for president, will you be for him?” – asked the interviewer.
“Never in my life like you! How can anyone take this seriously? – answered Sukachev. – How can you imagine in reality a huge, colossal country in which, like in any country, there are problems, and in ours they are aggravated, a country that has nuclear weapons, a country that has an army and a navy, a country that has high science, a country that launches satellites and astronauts into space, a country that explores the shelves...”
“So, Shnurov, it turns out, is not serious for this country, or what?” – the journalist specified.
“I’ll take off my glasses now, are you really asking this seriously? You can imagine anything, but not this, this is nonsense. Just like Ksenia Sobchak, who ran for president. Do you have any idea what it was there for? Let's not discuss. This is money. In the same way, Sergei is money. He is a rich man, money loves money, a man does business, this is his destiny. I’m watching this with pleasure,” said the musician.
Not long ago, singer Yulia Chicherina, known for her support of the Donbass militia, called Shnurov a “snarly ditty” for his recent confession on TV about his fear of performing in the LDPR.
“Shnurov is an openly greedy prick, it’s just right for him to create a party of corporate office workers and drunks who randomly interbreed right at his concerts when drunk, regardless of gender and age,” Chicherina said in an interview with Nakanune.Ru.
