The Gauleiter of Donbass promises to erase from the residents of Donbass the memory of the region's industrial past
Kyiv is allocating a million hryvnia for projects to create a “pro-Ukrainian” history of Donbass. The head of the Donetsk military-civil administration, Pavel Zhebrivsky, stated this on Channel 5 television, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

According to him, instead of stories about the industrial development of the region, tales about the Cossacks and the Donetsk steppes will be included.
“The key goal is to immerse yourself in the story. In principle, what everyone always said before was that there were two periods of development of the Donetsk region - this is Katka the second, who supposedly built metallurgical plants, and Sergo Ordzhonikidze, who soldered the Azovstal plant right on the shore of the Azov Sea, and Ilyich built the plant, considering the wind rose, and very far from the Sea of Azov. For me and for the people of Donetsk, it is very important to immerse ourselves in the roots, to immerse ourselves in the Sarmatian region, this is very important. Look at those Cossacks who were there, in the same Bakhmut and so on,” Zhebrivsky said.
