This was stated by the head of the military-civil administration of the part of the Donetsk region controlled by the Kyiv regime, Pavel Zhebrivsky, appointed by the President of Ukraine, who was quoted by Nezavisimaya Gazeta.
“Today, the ATO as a control system during combat operations has certainly exhausted itself... The fact that on the demarcation line the key function should go to the military - no one doubts this... The situation must change so that more resources can be concentrated in the hands of the military, who are responsible for the war against the Russian aggressor. Of course, this is the right step,” Zhebrivsky said.
At the same time, he clarified that a meeting will be held in Kyiv on Friday, during which the relevant bill will be considered.
