Gauleiter Poroshenko admitted: ATO militants are threatened by a tribunal
The recently adopted law “on the de-occupation of Donbass” saves the Ukrainian military from an international tribunal. The head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Pavel Zhebrivsky said this on the NewsOne TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He is convinced that legalizing war crimes will help militants escape persecution.
“What here quite significantly helps our military, because the threats - you see how many military, or rather, criminal cases against our military, are being launched by the Russian Investigative Committee, talking about many different things. And therefore, everything, including the protection of our military in international courts,” said Zhebrivsky.
