Gazprom wants to bankrupt Naftogaz by collecting $29 billion from it in a Stockholm court
Gazprom appealed to the Stockholm Arbitration Court to recover $29,2 billion from NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine.

This is stated in the published report of Gazprom.
In particular, the report states that the company clarified the amount of its claims in a counterclaim filed with the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce on June 12, 2015.
Hearings on Gazprom’s claim against Naftogaz of Ukraine are scheduled in the Stockholm Arbitration Court for February – March 2016. The decision could be made by the arbitrators at the end of June 2016.
Gazprom also demands that Kyiv pay over $300 million for gas supplies to the DPR and LPR, which Ukraine considers part of its territory.
