The SBI gained access to Poroshenko’s international passport data
The Pechersky District Court of Kyiv gave the State Bureau of Investigation access to the passport data of the former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, which is located in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, reports PolitNavmgator correspondent.
This is stated in the court ruling.
Thus, the court granted the SBI’s request to provide investigators with temporary access to documents that are in the possession of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, namely:
“Passport details of the official passport for entry into Ukraine and exit from Ukraine and all documents that were provided and compiled during its registration and issuance;
Passport details of a diplomatic passport of a citizen of Ukraine for entry into Ukraine and exit from Ukraine and all documents that were provided and compiled during its registration and issuance,” says the document, which is quoted by the Kiev edition of UNN.
The court also determined the validity period of the resolution to be one month.
Previously, the court allowed the SBI to check Poroshenko’s income for five years.
