The SBI engaged in assault of one of the shadow masters of Kyiv
Former People's Deputy of Ukraine Maxim Mikitas, who broke into a meeting of the village council in July and inflicted bodily injuries on the head of the council, Sergei Pinchuk, has been informed of suspicion, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This was announced by the director of the State Bureau of Investigation, Roman Truba, on Telegram.
“The ex-people's deputy was informed of suspicion. Remember the story of how, in July of this year, a people's representative burst into a meeting of a village council in the Chernigov region (and caused bodily harm to the head of the council, Sergei Pinchuk - ed.). Then the State Bureau of Investigation registered a case of hooliganism. Today, the former deputy was informed of suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Part 1 of Art. 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism - ed.),” Truba wrote.
According to him, this is one good example illustrating a very simple, but for some reason not everyone understands the truth - you cannot escape responsibility, even if you really want to.
According to information from open sources, we are talking about ex-People's Deputy Maxim Mikitas and the head of the Lyubech OTO Sergei Pinchuk.
Also, ex-People's Deputy Maxim Mikitas himself, on July 5, commented on the incident and assured that he did not beat the head of the Lyubech UTO Sergei Pinchuk.
“Did I swear at the head of the Lyubech OTO Pinchuk? Yes! Did I beat him? No! Although many villagers say that it would be worth it,” Mikitas wrote.
Earlier it was reported that the State Bureau of Investigation is investigating the hooligan actions of a people's deputy of Ukraine during a session of the village council in the Chernihiv region.
Maxim Mikitas is a former people’s deputy from the BPP and a Kiev developer, one of those who ran things in Kyiv under the cover of Vitali Klitschko. Lost the last election to the Servant of the People candidate.
