According to law enforcement officials, the mayor is accused of official negligence in the recalculation of 4,7 million UAH of budget funds for the purchase of housing under the state program.
Criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 367 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (official negligence leading to grave consequences) were sent to the Desnyansky District Court of Chernigov.
