“Where is the money, gentlemen Americans?” – Ukrainian political scientist accused Washington of theft
During the seven years of leading Ukraine, American curators and their loyal subordinate head of Naftogaz, Andrei Kobolev, stole more than ten billion dollars.
Ukrainian political scientist Vasily Vakarov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In March 2014, Mr. Kobolev was appointed to the position of head of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine. And he stayed in this position for more than seven years. Even Avakov was less in his position.
So, this guy’s task was simple. He was appointed by the Americans and reported to an American group. This is to raise money, including from Gazprom, and use this money to increase gas production in Ukraine. The standards were simple - to reach 2021 billion cubic meters of gas by 21,” Vakarov recalled.
As a result, according to the expert, over several years, the Americans, together with Ukrainian puppet officials, stole about ten billion dollars, which Ukraine was supposed to receive for the transit of Russian gas.
“What turned out to be true? The month of April showed that we were barely getting fifteen cubic meters. That is, we mine as we mined.
Where did the money that we accumulated, that came from Gazprom go? It turned out that NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine received about ten billion dollars in recent years. Now he is at the level of bankruptcy.
Who was in charge of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine? Americans. Where’s the money, you crazy American gentlemen?” – the political scientist was indignant.
