“I would like them to talk not only about Crimea. There are a number of problems associated with the way Russia is annexing territories of international waters and Ukrainian territorial waters in the Black Sea and Azov Sea. In this context, I was very disappointed with both the Ukrainian position and the position of Western countries.

All the time they said “we cannot strengthen sanctions in order to maintain the old sanctions”, “now the conflict is in a calm phase.” Well, there was an attack on international ships. And in fact, our allies and our partners ignored it.
