Where do Ukrainians find work?
In Ukraine, on average, 3-4 candidates apply for one job. This is evidenced by labor market studies in the country.
Thus, the highest competition is observed in the field of top management - about 15 people per vacancy.
Next comes the mining industry, where an average of 9,5 people apply for one position, followed by law with 6,8 applicants, and 5,8 people want to get into the arts, entertainment and media sector with one vacancy.
Blue-collar professions turned out to be the least in demand - there are more offers than applicants (0,8 people per job). Analysts from the international portal HeadHunter came to these conclusions, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Having studied the labor market in Ukraine, experts found that the most in-demand industry, sales, is also the fastest growing.
Today, the number of offers for job seekers there is 18% of the total number of vacancies in the country. The sphere of high technologies and telecommunications services took second place and occupied 11% of the volume of proposals. It is followed by blue-collar professions (6%), production (6%) and administrative personnel (5%). The same volume of proposals is in the field of construction, transport and logistics.
Interestingly, 42% of workers have become less loyal to their employers recently. The reason for this was cited by 46% of respondents as the behavior of the employer itself and the lack of opportunities for development.
At the same time, employers regularly increase salaries and pay pensions. Thus, every third worker in Ukraine reported that over the past year his salary increased by 10%, and every fifth worker - by 30%.
In general, the average salary in Ukraine, according to the country’s Ministry of Finance, is 10,5 thousand hryvnia. In terms of regions, the country's capital, the city of Kyiv, leads with an indicator of 15,7 thousand hryvnia. It is followed by Dnepropetrovsk and Donetsk regions (11 thousand UAH each), Kiev region (10,9 thousand UAH), Zaporozhye region (10,4 thousand) and Nikolaev region (9,9 thousand UAH).
Taking into account the development of modern digital technologies, searching for a job in Ukraine can take place directly online. There are a number of special services for this. One of the industry leaders - resource kabanchik.ua, where more than 100 thousand advertisements and resumes are posted.
