FSB General declares migrants encroaching on citizens' rights a "military intervention"
The compact residence of migrants in Russia will lead to the establishment of their own rules and even exit from the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation.
A PolitNavigator correspondent reports this in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda, retired FSB General Alexander Mikhailov said.
He noted that, as a rule, migrants who come to Russia live compactly and their entire social circle is connected with the diaspora, and they communicate only with their environment, speak their own language, profess the same religion and have the same interests.
“Compact living as enclaves grow will lead to the establishment of their own orders - and here they can already leave the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation. But, as soon as a person has encroached on the rights of citizens written in the constitution of the country where he settled, he must be immediately interned from the territory of the Russian Federation. Encroachment on the rights of citizens of the Russian Federation is unacceptable. This is an intervention, in military terms,” Mikhailov concluded.
