Terrorists from ISIS will take responsibility for any emergency that occurs on Russian territory in order to sow panic among the population. This forecast was made by FSB Major General in reserve Alexander Mikhailov on the Red Line TV channel.

“They will read the Internet better and take responsibility for any emergency, especially one involving loss of life. We've already been through this. “In the first Chechen war, the separatists took responsibility for road accidents, explosions in factories, accidents on gas pipelines,” Mikhailov said.

He believes that in this situation society should not panic.

“We need to filter this topic, but, unfortunately, as soon as ISIS makes a statement, everyone starts waving their arms and shouting: what can we do, they’ve got us,” Mikhailov said.
