“I spent half a day in Debaltseve - this is the hottest point of the conflict and saw for myself how the conditions of the ceasefire are being fulfilled. We were under mortar fire for an hour and a half,” he said on the Inter TV channel. Kikhtenko, appointed by President Petro Poroshenko on October 10.

At the same time, the ATO headquarters reported that the night in the area of ​​the anti-terrorist operation passed calmly, no shelling of Ukrainian units was recorded.

The ATO press center claims that Ukrainian security forces fire in response only at militia firing points located outside populated areas.
