General Krivonos called those who promise Ukraine in Crimea in six months upstarts
Conversations that in six months Ukrainian leaders will take selfies on the Yalta embankment are being conducted by upstarts who are not competent in military affairs.
Former Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Sergei Krivonos stated this on air on the Pryamoy TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This is how Krivonos described advisor's words the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Mikhail Podolyak, that Crimea will be captured by the Ukrainian army in six months.
“I don’t listen to the speeches of these people - I can perceive my equals in terms of experience or career path. And people who are upstarts, who are used simply as talking heads, who manipulate society - we have already heard about “kebabs in May”, we have heard that there is no need to be afraid of anything, what a war. These people have long discredited themselves in my eyes.
If someone believes in them, I'm not trying to say whether they are right or wrong. Everyone believes who they perceive. They believe in the values and words that are given to them - which means they have such experience. Then their disappointment can be much greater. I communicate with those who are at the front, who train at the training grounds, I perceive those who are directly involved not in talk, but in action,” Krivonos said.
