SBU General admitted falsification of attempt on Poroshenko's life
Petro Poroshenko’s bodyguards organized a staged attempt on the life of the President of Ukraine. The former head of the Main Investigation Department of the SBU, Vasily Vovk, spoke about this in his blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to his information, the head of the State Security Service of Ukraine, Valeriy Geletey, lied in recent interviews, saying that the department managed to prevent 11 assassination attempts on the president last year, as well as save Poroshenko’s life several times before that.
Vovk drew attention to Geletey’s words that, allegedly, a few days after Poroshenko’s inauguration, which took place on June 7, 2014, there was an attempt to plant an explosive device near the entrance to the presidential administration.
“I declare with responsibility: in June 2014, the bucket of grenades was “laid” by Geletey himself after agreement with Poroshenko himself! This was established by the investigation... The “case” is in the GPU,” Vovk wrote.
On October 14, 2014, Ukrainian media, citing the State Security Administration, reported the discovery of an improvised explosive device near the Poroshenko AP building.
It was alleged that the device consisted of several F-1 and RGD grenades, additional submunitions and a mobile phone.
“The person who planted the explosives was noticed, but ran away from the place without having time to put the charge into firing position,” the UNIAN agency reported.
“Next to the explosive device stuffed with nuts, a note was also found: “If you don’t stop the war, the war will come to you,” wrote the Ukrainian publication Tema.
Vovk’s confession clearly demonstrates how “honest” Ukrainian media serve the regime that came to power as a result of a coup d’etat.
In addition, the SBU officer revealed that the Poroshenko regime does not disdain any methods to obtain a reason to begin political repressions against dissidents - “saboteurs”, “Putin’s agents” and “separatists”.
