SBU General Shaitanov will agree to exchange - Moskal
SBU Major General Valery Shaitanov, detained by the Ukrainian special services and accused of working for the FSB of the Russian Federation, will be prepared for exchange and handed over to Russia.
Former deputy head of the SBU, ex-Minister of Internal Affairs Gennady Moskal said this on the air of the talk show “Freedom of Speech with Savik Shuster,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to his information, the Russian Federation will stop any negotiations on exchanges until the influential security official is handed over to it.
“I know that Shaitanov will be handed over in the next prisoner exchange. This is one hundred percent, let's say this with full (confidence). How Tsemakh was given away. They cook and bleach to send to Russia. Russia will not give up anyone until they give up Shaitanov,” Moskal said.
Previously in Ukraine acting major general was detained SBU Valery Shaitanov, who, according to investigators, worked with the highest echelons of the FSB under the pseudonym “Bobyl”. Among other things, he charged with preparation of murder Head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov.
At the same time, it is known that Shaitanov supervised special operations of the SBU, including sending Ukrainian saboteurs to Crimea and Donbass.
