According to him, all the vaunted competitions and certifications are nothing more than a blind eye, but even the SBU cannot prove this.
“It’s no secret that all these competitions, exams and certifications were bought. I have information, but, you know, why I can’t give names, because this is unprovable information. I’ll tell you – in order to get a job as a simple patrol policeman in a regional center, you need to pay from two to five thousand dollars,” Vovk said.
