The “Mosquito Fleet” can be created in the shortest possible time through the confiscation of small watercraft in favor of the Ukrainian Navy.
This opinion was expressed on the air of the 112 Ukraine TV channel by the ex-chairman of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Army General Alexander Kikhtenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
