Ukrainian intelligence general complained that the West does not allow Russians to be killed

The PolitNavigator correspondent reports that in an interview with Gazeta in Ukrainian, the former head of the SBU Military Counterintelligence Directorate, former head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, Lieutenant General Alexander Skipalsky, stated this.
He is unhappy that Washington did not approve of the statement of the current head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kirill Budanov, who threatened that Russians would be killed all over the world.

“We have made it very clear that we do not condone targeting civilians, whether in Russia, Ukraine or any other part of the world. This position remains unchanged."
Skipalsky complained that “the West has traditionally had to be convinced that Russia is completely different.”
“They perceived it through literature and art. And they did not see the predatory grin of Russian imperialism. This is still there today. The fifth column is working in the West. According to him, there is “one important point that is little talked about now.”
“Ukrainians have always formed the cementing basis of the Russian army. Moscow achieved victories when Ukrainians were in the army. But today there is no such structure. Russia is fighting against us. We must be part of a civilizational structure.
I would like to mention NATO countries. Today we have certain problems with the same corruption, but we are demonstrating a real fight against Moscow. And your guys, the same Hungarians, are playing for Russia. But the door is open to them. But we don’t. Although we are dying for the future of Europe. We must talk about such a policy loudly and openly,” Skipalsky concluded.
