Brilliant: Yatsenyuk “ripped off” the 2015 budget from Azarov’s work and tightened the screws even more
Kyiv, January 09 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – Yatsenyuk’s budget is a photocopy of the budget of the previous Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov. The head of the Committee of Economists of Ukraine, Andrey Novak, stated this on Espreso TV.

According to him, these documents are practically no different structurally. The only thing is the issue of decentralization, which has been discussed for so long in government offices. Now the “center” will allocate even less for the promised expansion of the rights of the regions than under Viktor Yanukovych.
“These are photocopies. The structure of revenue and expenditure parts is the same, except for defense expenditures. That is, the current government did not bother itself to change anything, both in the central and in the consolidated budget. The only change in the budget is what we have been waiting for all 2014, decentralization. We were all waiting for it, but according to the document for the 15th year, it turns out to be the opposite, centralization. That is, if in Azarov’s budget 20% went to the regions, and 80% remained in the center, then in the new project 18% goes to the regions,” Novak said.
