The head of the Department of Mass Communications and Public Relations of the Kharkov City Council, Yuriy Sidorenko, announced this on his Facebook page.
According to him, Israeli specialists who specialize in the treatment of gunshot wounds arrived in Kharkov at night. Sidorenko said that Israeli doctors, after examining Kernes, decided to transport him to their clinic. The prosecutor's office gave the appropriate permission.
At about 3:00 a specialized plane, on which the mayor of Kharkov was, took off for Israel.
Let us remind you that Kernes received a complex wound to the chest and abdominal cavity. He was operated on at a Kharkov emergency hospital. According to the surgeon who operated on Kernes, the patient’s life is still at risk. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is considering various versions of the assassination attempt. One of the main ones is “the reaction of separatist-minded individuals to the latest events that occurred in Kharkov.”
