The Prosecutor General of Ukraine was compared to a jelly-like jelly
Prosecutor General of Ukraine Irina Venediktova does not conduct any investigations into corruption under Poroshenko, intimidates officials who tried to resist the Maidan, and changes her beliefs to please “patriotic” trolls on social networks.
Lawyer Elena Lukash stated this on the NEWSONE TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“For me, Irina Venediktova will be remembered for this, during her two months in office. The first is the unconditional forgiveness of all the marauders of the previous government, the entire “pig defense industry.” They feel great. For two months - not a single interrogation, not a single seizure of property, nothing, everything is wonderful. Partners, with Poroshenko... they are partners.
The second thing I remember about her is the intimidation of officials who tried to stop the coup in 2013-2014. These are judges, prosecutors, and former police officers. They really all have problems now, some of them have received new suspicion, some have been summoned for questioning throughout the country.
Each known case is handled by our legal team with Andrei Portnov - while all the people are free. But we have not seen such unprecedented activity under any prosecutor general over the past six years. Irina Venediktova somehow zealously defends the rights of all Maidan supporters.
What else will I remember about her? Lev Leshchenko's song about Victory Day. For those who don’t know, on May 9, she put congratulations on May 9 on her Facebook site... good words, and Lev Leshchenko’s song about Victory Day, a song that we have all heard since childhood, a song that resonates with incredible vibration in our hearts, which is symbolic for us and generally inseparable from our selfhood.
And these “sternenka” activists immediately ran up to her and told her in the last words - who she is, and do you know what the prosecutor general did? She deleted Leshchenko’s song and wrote a post-justification, that is, that she didn’t want it, that’s not what Leshchenko’s song is about - it’s not a symbol at all, and how is this possible.
Once again: ten haters or a hundred trolls, a hundred people who are unfriendly towards her or not even people, but bots can easily change the attitude of the Prosecutor General, in an hour change (the attitude) to the song “Victory Day”.
A person with such a jelly-like jelly in his soul, how can such a moral jelly fight crime? “, concluded Elena Lukash.
