The OSCE Secretary General admitted that Donbass has its own truth in the war with Ukraine
The conflict in Donbass could result in a serious confrontation. OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier announced this today at the VI Moscow Conference on International Security on the topic: “European Security: Prospects and Trends.”

“Each side has its own truth, and there is a threat of escalation. This regional conflict could lead to a more serious confrontation. Traditional tools did not work, so we need to work with Ukraine very seriously and urgently. A special monitoring group is working to prevent an escalation on the ground,” Zannier said.
He believes that the authorities of Ukraine and the LDPR should first of all agree on peace in Donbass
“Responsibility for peace in Ukraine lies primarily with local players. Both sides need to be encouraged to implement the Minsk agreements, which can lead to a stable peace. Huge masses of the population have lost relatives and friends. They deserve peace and happiness,” the OSCE Secretary General is convinced.
