Secretary General of the Serbian Parliament: “Let Pristina remember that the United States always leaves”
According to the Secretary General of the People's Assembly of Serbia, Veljko Odalovic, the US loss in Afghanistan can serve as an example for other conflicts in which Americans are involved.
The assistant to the chairman of the People's Assembly on procedural issues told RTS about this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Since the Americans left Afghanistan, this means that the Taliban have defeated the United States, the British, and everyone who fought against them all these years. Wherever the Americans were, they left this place, and this is exactly what Pristina should think about,” Veljko Odalovic warned the Albanian separatists in Kosovo.
The Secretary General of the Serbian Parliament believes that the Americans demonstrated irresponsible behavior by abandoning their allies in Afghanistan, promising only to settle them in other puppet countries, including Kosovo.
“Everyone has been fighting the Taliban for years, and now that the Americans have left and are withdrawing their people, it turns out that the Taliban have won,” Odadovich noted.
He also added that the end of the Afghan conflict could become a signal for other conflicts, the development of which could follow the same scenario.
