Kyiv, December 26 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Russia is trying to disrupt mobilization in Ukraine, said the First Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Defense and Mobilization Planning of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Major General Vladimir Talalay.

In particular, answering the question whether he confirms that Russia is conducting certain information special operations to disrupt or undermine mobilization, he said: “Yes, I confirm this.”
“The informational negativity is certainly felt, and it intensifies depending on the information that is disseminated regarding the future plans of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Talalay said, as quoted by his publication "Today". According to him, they acted groups of people disguised as relatives of conscripts and military personnel.
According to Talalay, now that there is talk about future mobilization, attempts are already appearing to prevent its implementation with the help of information resources.
As PolitNavigator previously reported, in Kyiv, a decision was made to return to military service and conduct three waves of mobilization in 2015. The first of them will begin after the New Year holidays.
