The example of Severodonetsk was very striking, when elections were held there during my tenure in the Lugansk region. I almost danced when, for the first time in history, the Opposition Bloc found itself in the minority in the City Council. This has never happened before. What do you think happened the next day? The “Radical Party” and representatives of “Fatherland” united and jointly opposed the mayor, who was elected by 67% of the population.
